Meet Nicky Drobnick!

Being called “the mini Martha Stewart” has never bothered me. I am concise, organized, and a complete perfectionist when it comes to execution, and I thrive on giving my clients exceptional results and an unforgettable event. I am bubbly, outgoing and energetic, and I make the planning process of any size event memorable and fun.

I attended the University of Southern California, GO TROJANS!, and studied Public Relations. After working with various media companies, myself and a partner launched a boutique Public Relations firm that was later described as the “IT” Boutique PR FIRM in LA. We represented top beauty and lifestyle brands, and got them some fabulous press. In 2006, I became a managing partner of a popular Spa in Beverly Hills and made it THE destination for Los Angeles’ elite. After working in the beauty and fashion industries for companies such as Fred Segal, I decided to pursue my passion for hosting and planning parties … Starting Something Pink Girls Wedding and Events Planning with my best friend Erika Shelton!!

SPG is a company run by two best friends with one common goal, to coordinate beautiful, fun and memorable events. Because honestly…. every girl deserves herself a little something pink!

Meet Erika Shelton!

From a very young age I have had a strong passion and talent for creating events and designs. I am very organized, creative and pay close attention to detail. I also have a strong love for working with people and my outgoing and sincere personality makes everyone I meet feel immediately comfortable. With my passion and dedication you can be assured that your event will be flawless.

I attended Santa Monica College as well as the University of Oklahoma where I studied Journalism and Mass Communications. In 2006, shortly after returning to Los Angeles from Oklahoma, I was hired to create promotional events for an energy drink company. The company's sales tripled through the exposure of the events I organized. In 2007 I ventured into the fashion industry where I found a great sense of joy being a national sales representative for multiple contemporary women's clothing lines. Through my hard work there I brought in numerous new accounts throughout the country. In early 2008 I experienced the other side of the fashion industry by grabbing an opportunity to assist in the design and production for a contemporary woman's clothing line. During my time there I designed hundreds of unique silhouettes and created another market for the clothing line by using higher end fabrics.

With my love and passion for event planning and design, my best friend Nicky Drobnick and I launched Something Pink Girls. SPG was something we had always talked about doing and we are so excited to bring to you this unique wedding and event planning service where we believe that everyone deserves a little something pink!
